I have activated the lock solution but, on the portal, it still shows not activated, what should I do?
Turn on Data/WIFI then open the Think Adams app on the phone to be sold then click on the refresh button on the top of the screen.
What are the payment options for the loan installments?
Customers can pay for their loans by purchasing the daily, weekly, or monthly bundles by dialing *148# and selecting ‘pay Instalments’.
Why is a customer’s device locked?
The customer’s device will lock when a customer does not pay for their due loan in time.
A customer’s device is locked, how should they unlock it?
Ask the customer to pay for their due installments and the phone will be unlocked automatically.
The customer has paid for their device and their loan is up to date, yet it is locked, what is the issue?
If After making a payment, the device does not unlock, then the customer should turn on Data or WIFI on their device, then go to the Think Adams app and select the refresh button at the top of the screen to sync the lock solution, and the device should unlock.
What happens to the lock solution after the customer has completed paying for their loan?
The lock solution will be deactivated on the customer’s device once they pay for their loan in full and they can now uninstall the Think Adams app on their devices.
